Everything you need to know about Praise

Getting started

Praise helps you collect testimonials from your customers, approve the best ones, and publish them on a public “Wall of Love” page and via embeddable widgets on your own website — no customer sign-up required. The whole flow has five steps:

1. Create a campaign with a short form your customers fill out.
2. Share the campaign link and collect submissions.
3. Review each submission and approve the ones you want to publish.
4. Create a widget and pick which approved testimonials it shows.
5. Embed the widget on your website with a single script tag.

1. Create a campaign

A campaign is a submission form for one specific ask — for example, “Tell us about your experience”. From Dashboard → Campaigns, click New campaign and give it a name, a prompt or question for your customers, and an optional star rating.

Each campaign gets its own shareable link (/t/your-campaign) that you can send by email, in a follow-up message, or link to from your site.

2. Collect testimonials

Share your campaign link with customers. They open it, write (or record) their feedback and, optionally, leave a star rating — no account needed on their end. Every submission lands in your dashboard as a new testimonial awaiting review.

3. Review & approve

From Dashboard → Testimonials, you can read every submission and decide what happens to it:

• Approve — makes it eligible to appear on your Wall of Love and in widgets.
• Reject — keeps it hidden from anything public.

Only approved testimonials are ever shown publicly — you're always in control of what gets published.

4. Create a widget

A widget is a self-contained block of testimonials you place on your website — a grid, a carousel, or a single quote, depending on the layout you pick. Create widgets from Dashboard → Widgets.

You can create as many widgets as you need — a different one for your homepage, pricing page, or a specific landing page — each with its own:

• Layout (grid, carousel, single, and more)
• Theme and colors, matched to your site
• Selection of testimonials — pick and reorder specific approved testimonials, or leave the selection empty to auto-show your most recent approved ones

5. Embed on your site

Every widget comes with a small embed snippet from its widget page. Copy it and paste it into your site's HTML where you want the testimonials to appear:

The widget loads asynchronously and updates automatically whenever you approve new testimonials or change the widget's settings — no need to touch the embed code again.

Wall of Love page

Alongside widgets, every workspace gets a public, shareable Wall of Love page at /w/your-workspace that lists all of your approved testimonials in one place — handy for linking to directly, without embedding anything.

FAQ

Do my customers need to create an account?

No. Customers open your campaign link and submit a testimonial directly — no signup required.

Can I choose which testimonials show in each widget?

Yes — pick and reorder specific approved testimonials per widget, or leave the selection empty to auto-show your most recent approved ones.

What happens if I reject a testimonial?

It stays hidden from your Wall of Love and every widget. Only approved testimonials are ever shown publicly.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — manage or cancel your subscription anytime from Settings, no questions asked.
